TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • All requests should be made during office working hours
    9:00am – 5:30 pm (Monday to Friday)
    9:00am – 1:00 pm (Saturday)
  • No refund on membership fees will be offered
  • The membership comes as a package with the listed price
  • The membership is valid for 1 year and will have to be renewed annually
  • All services will be rendered to ONLY Creative Zone Premier Members (this includes shareholders, directors, managers). Dependents and family members are not included in this package
  • Premier services cannot be replaced with external services
  • Premier services are only applicable for Dubai
